Senna:We offer Senna, which is organic and free from water soluble chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides. We cultivate large quantity of organic senna and also procure the finest quality produce by organic farming from cultivators. The senna which we are exporting is Tinnenelly Senna (Cassia agustifolia) which has higher concentration of sennoside and has better medicinal values.
Processing: We have our own mechanised processing plant for cleaning, grading, winnowing, blending and bailing with all the infrastructure and skilled manpower. Export: The graded leaves are earmarked as per client requirements.Our export reach to US, France, Germany, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia and Sri Lanka. We export 400 to 500 tons, every year.
Senna pods: Ripened fruits are collected and processed in the same way as senna leaves, except in the process of drying of the pods. Pods take more time for perfect drying. The pods gathered in bunches and then hung in well, ventilated sheds for drying which takes around 10-12 days. Finally, they are dried using a solar heater, making them 100% moisture free. Pods are milder in their effects than the leaflets.
